Does my supervisor need an account?
You have both options. Export a board-ready PDF for them to sign by hand, or invite them to ClearPath for digital sign-off. Either works for your state board.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial when you first sign up. You'll enter a card at checkout, but you won't be charged until the trial ends — and if you cancel during the 14 days, you won't be charged at all. Pro is $25 a year after that; your hours stay logged on the Free plan either way.
What if I move states mid-licensure?
ClearPath supports all 50 states and DC. Switch your tracked state in settings and the rules for the new state apply going forward. Your past hours stay logged exactly as they were.
How is this different from Track Your Hours?
Track Your Hours is a manual log. ClearPath learns your typical week and pre-fills future weeks for you, then audits every entry against your state board's rules so mistakes show up as you go, not at submission.
What happens at entry 51 on the Free plan?
Free is capped at 50 entries per month. When you hit the cap, you'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro at $25 a year for unlimited entries. Your existing hours stay logged either way.
