You may use ClearPath Hours only for lawful purposes and only in ways that align with the intended workflow of tracking supervised clinical hours, reviewing records, collaborating with supervisors, and preparing related materials.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter and for protecting access to your account credentials.
Paid plans unlock additional features such as broader state coverage, supervisor collaboration, AI review, and board forms. Billing terms, renewals, trials, and payment handling depend on the subscription settings shown inside the product at the time of purchase.
If you cancel a paid subscription, access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the product or required by law.
ClearPath helps you organize your records and see what needs review, but it does not provide legal advice, board approval, or a guarantee that any licensure submission will be accepted.
The rules check, the optional AI review, supervision tools, and exports help you make decisions; they do not make them for you. Final judgment remains with the clinician, supervisor, and applicable state board.
