- At least 75% of supervision must be in person or via real-time two-way interactive audio-visual communication, and the board must accept 100% via live video (Minn. Stat. 148B.5301 subd. 2(c))
- Besides the NCMHCE, Minn. Stat. 148B.5301 subd. 1(a)(4) requires any 'ethical, oral, and situational examinations as prescribed by the board'; ask the board which of these it currently gives
